I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and it feels solid, especially for the price. Like, nothing about it feels cheap when you’re actually using it, which I was a little worried about at first. A couple of the smaller pieces could maybe be better, but that’s not a huge deal. Also, no weird rattling or noises so far, which is always the thing I notice right away. Overall, I’m happy with it.

The bike itself works fine, but the console is frustrating. The menus are clunky and the touch response is slow, so even simple things take longer than they should. Because of that, checking basic workout stats turns into a bunch of extra taps. For the price, I expected it to be a lot easier to use.

This bike rides so smoothly I felt like I was gliding down the street in a tiny parade of happiness. It feels really steady too, which I love. The only thing is the seat could definitely be softer because after a while my backside was basically begging for mercy.

I contacted warranty support about a faulty power button on March 12. It took almost a week to hear back, and I still had to send the same photos and receipt twice before they would move it along. Not the worst experience ever, but frustrating. Giving 2 stars because they did eventually respond, but the whole process felt way more annoying than it should've been.

I got my Matrix home treadmill paired with my phone without too much hassle, which was nice. The Bluetooth found it quickly and stayed connected for most of my workout. That said, I did have to restart the app once, so I wouldn't call it flawless. It works like it should, but also feels a little finicky at the same time. The guys showed up on time, got everything set up, and walked me through the basics without making it feel like some big complicated thing. I was half expecting a mess or some random issue, because that always seems to happen with deliveries and installs, but nope, all good. They cleaned up after themselves too, which I appreciated.
